Big Frey Promotional Products Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, quotations, and services provided by Big Frey Promotional Products. By requesting a proposal or pricing quote and placing an order with Big Frey, the customer (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms.

Proposals, Quotes & Pricing

·      All concepts, creative materials, and pricing contained in Big Frey’s proposals, quotes and proposals are proprietary and confidential to Big Frey. No portion of the quote or proposal may be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Big Frey. Unauthorized sharing or use of these materials constitutes a breach of confidentiality.

·      All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.  Delays in approvals of Big Frey order confirmations could see a rise in price.

·      Pricing is subject to change based on vendor price increases, currency fluctuations, and current tariff policies.

·      Available inventory can fluctuate.

Orders & Production

·      Goods are not ordered until we have signed off/written approval on quote.

·      Client must provide print-ready artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) when quote is signed. If artwork is not received with quote, delays may occur. 

·      If needed, Big Frey can recreate provided artwork to vector format for a fee.

·      Goods are not produced until we have a signed approval on Big Frey’s digital proof provided, if applicable. Delay in proof approval may delay production time.

·      Client is solely responsible for verifying colors, layout, spelling, and size of image(s), as well as all shipping details.

·      Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

·      Big Frey is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

Payment

·      New clients:   First time orders are subject to 100% pre-payment

·      Existing Client:  Subject to Big Frey approval, client may receive net 30-day terms. Any order over $30,000 will require a 50% deposit.

·      Payments made by credit card are subject to a convenience fee.

Receiving of Goods

·      Client must inspect goods upon delivery and has 10 business days from receipt of goods to notify Big Frey of missing or damaged items.

Cancellations & Changes

·      Orders may only be canceled prior to production.

·      Once production has begun, the client is responsible for the full order value.

·      Changes to quantities, artwork, or product specifications may incur additional fees.

Returns & Claims

·      Because products are custom branded, all sales are final.

·      Claims for defective products must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

·      Big Frey reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

·      Slight variations in color, size, or placement are considered normal and not defects.

Intellectual Property

·      Client represents they have legal rights to use all logos, trademarks, and designs submitted.

·      Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims related to unauthorized artwork use.

·      We may use finished products in marketing materials unless Client requests confidentiality in writing.

Warranty

·      Big Frey makes no warranties, express or implied, except as required by law or provided by the original manufacturer.
